Team Climate in Healthcare
An immersive leadership simulation that places participants inside the management of a healthcare team and makes the consequences of leadership decisions visible.
How it works
Participants move through a baseline and then Diagnose, Treat, and Monitor the team over time. They review incomplete evidence, decide what deserves attention, choose how to respond, and see additional information as the situation develops.
Focus
The experience focuses on psychological safety, speaking up, leader response, coordination, and the difference between a leader's perception of the team and the evidence available about the team.
