Scholar, Professor, Innovator.

I study how people work together. I teach across professional and organizational settings, and I design simulations, tools, and learning experiences around problems people actually face in practice.

Who am I

I am a professor, researcher, and innovator whose work moves across teams, organizations, professional education, and applied practice. I am interested in what happens when people have to make decisions inside real organizations. Sometimes they are leading without formal leadership training. Sometimes trust is low, or the environment makes speaking up difficult.

Organizational psychology

Psychological safety, voice, and whether people speak up in time.

Strategy and teams

Team cognition, decision making, and where strategy stalls in execution.

Medical laboratory science

Diagnostic reasoning, laboratory operations, and simulation.
