Simulation
Lab Command
A semester-long clinical laboratory management simulation in which students inherit a persistent fictional laboratory and manage it across the major responsibilities of laboratory leadership.
How it works
Students work from management dashboards, operational reports, cases, transaction data, and other evidence about the laboratory. They evaluate safety, quality, regulation, operations, personnel, financial conditions, and service decisions, then determine priorities and defend their management choices.
Focus
The simulation turns laboratory management from a set of topics into a sustained management experience.
