About

Yes, this whole site is about me.

So I am not going to tell you everything again here. The short version is that I started in clinical laboratory science and became increasingly interested in everything happening around the technical work: how people lead, how teams share what they know, why concerns do or do not get raised, and what organizations miss until something goes wrong.
